Abstract

The research aimed to determine the type and nature of the relationship between the influential leadership of the directors of the sports and scouting activity departments of the directorates of education in Baghdad province and the functional positions of their employees, after determining the level of both influential leadership among managers, and job positions among employees, and to achieve the objectives of the research and answer its questions, the researcher used the descriptive approach in the two ways of survey and correlation relations, the researcher has identified the research community with the employees of the sports and scouting activity departments of the directorates of education of Baghdad province, who Their number is (308) employees chosen by the researcher all to be the main research sample in a comprehensive inventory method, and then the researcher divided them into three sub-samples, the first for the exploratory study and the number of its members (8) employees, the second for preparation and the number of its members (180) employees, and the third for the final application and the number of its members (120) employees, and in order to obtain the required data, the researcher prepared two measuring tools, the first tool to measure the level of influential leadership and the number of its paragraphs (13), and the second tool to measure the level of job positions and the number of its paragraphs (13) paragraphs, and after applying the two tools To obtain the results, the researcher processed them statistically and came up with a set of conclusions, the most important of which are:

- The directors of the sports and scouting activity departments of the directorates of education in Baghdad province have an average level of influential leadership from the point of view of the departmental staff.

- The employees of the sports and scouting activity departments of the directorates of education in Baghdad province have a high level of job positions from their point of view.

- The relationship between the influential leadership of the directors of the sports and scouting activity departments of the directorates of education in Baghdad province and the functional positions of their employees is moral and positive.
