Weight training methods are changing, in addition to the weight vest being an important method for developing physical qualities and light muscle strength in general, and for athletes in athletics events in particular. It requires great care in placing weights in areas where muscular strength is advanced, as they represent added resistance to the athlete’s body, which makes the burden feel.
