Privatization began to be seriously proposed in the Arab world during the nineties, and economists and some international observers are following the experience of privatization in the Arab world, and now after a good period of vibrations, it is possible to review what has been done accurately and objectively. It is noted that the Arab countries deal with the issue of privatization with great confusion and sensitivity, despite its positive results achieved in other countries..
