Abstract

Auxiliary devices and tools, including rubber bands, are commonly utilized in sports training and education. These tools are specific to the coach's guidance and cannot yield positive results without their supervision. This study aimed to design exercises using rubber bands to enhance knee range of motion and selected biomechanical indicators in a group of five young female triple jump athletes. The researcher found that exercises with rubber bands significantly contributed to improving knee range of motion and certain biomechanical indicators. It is recommended to incorporate rubber band exercises into other athletic activities and to utilize biomechanical variables identified in this study to enhance coaching strategies and address mechanical weaknesses.
