Abstract

The research objectives included preparing an educational program according to the (BAYER) strategy in improving tactical intelligence, speed and accuracy of tactical performance in football for students, as well as identifying the effect of the educational program according to the (BAYER) strategy in improving tactical intelligence and speed and accuracy of tactical performance in football for students. The researcher used the method. Experimental design with two equal control and experimental groups. The researcher defined the research population as fourth-year students at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences/Al Ain University, who numbered (114).The research sample was chosen by (15) students, represented by Section (C) as an experimental group, since the sample was chosen by lottery in a random manner, while the choice fell on Section D (15) as a control group. Homogeneity and equivalence of the sample was conducted in the research variables, and the research experiment was based on steps. Its work is through implementing an educational curriculum according to the BAYER strategy on students in the fourth stage / Al Ain University, where the first experimental group used an educational curriculum according to the BAYER strategy, while the second group used the method followed and knowing their effect in improving tactical intelligence, speed and accuracy of tactical performance in football, as well as its inclusion of Exploratory experiment and implementation steps Preparing the two methods and scientific foundations for the tests, then conducting the pre- and post-tests and tabulating the outputs through the use of statistical methods that are compatible with the problem and objectives of the research after that. The results were presented, analyzed and discussed in a scientific discussion based on scientific sources. The researcher reached some conclusions, the most important of which was that the educational program According to the BAYER strategy, it had a clear and effective impact in improving tests of the speed and accuracy of tactical performance for football students.
