Identifying the effect of using sensory and mental images in teaching saddle sitting, attaching a knee to the backswing, and sliding the front leg parallel. The comparison between the control group and the experimental group in teaching saddle sitting, attaching a knee to the back swing, and sliding the front leg to parallel in the post-test. The researcher used the experimental method in the style of the control and experimental group, and the research sample was (20) third-year female students for the academic year 2022/2023. The conclusions are that the use of sensory and mental images contributed positively to learning to sit in the saddle, attaching a knee to the back swing, and sliding the front leg on a parallel plane at different heights.
