Search aim to:
1- Construct two scales to measure the levels of Managerial commitment of managers of middle and secondary schools in Babil Governorate and their organizational integration from the point of view of physical education teachers.
2- Identifying the level of Managerial commitment among managers of schools affiliated with the General Directorate in Babil Governorate from the point of view of physical education teachers.
3- Identifying the level of organizational integration in the schools affiliated with the General Directorate in Babil Governorate from the point of view of physical education teachers.
4- Identifying the relationship between the Managerial committee of school managers affiliated with the General Directorate in Babil Governorate and the organizational integration therein from the point of view of physical education teachers.
The researcher used the descriptive approach in both survey and correlation methods. The research community included (490) teachers of public education schools in Babylon Governorate, distributed over (300) middle and secondary schools. The main research sample included (360) middle school teachers. The survey sample included (10) teachers, the construction sample included (210) teachers and the application sample included (140) teachers. To collect data, the researcher built two scales, one of which measures the level of Managerial commitment of school managers with several paragraphs amounting to ( 10) paragraphs, while the second measures the level of organizational integration in these schools with several (12) paragraphs. After applying the two measures, the data processed using the following statistical methods: the arithmetic mean, percentage, and simple correlation coefficient. The researcher concluded a set of conclusions, the most important of which is:
- The effectiveness of each of the measures of Managerial commitment of school managers affiliated to the General Directorate of Education in Babil Governorate, and the organizational integration of schools affiliated to the General Directorate of Education in Babil Governorate has been proven from the point of view of physical education teachers after reaching their construction according to scientific procedures.
- managers of middle and secondary schools in Babil province have a high level of Managerial commitment from the point of view of teachers of physical education.
- Intermediate and secondary schools in Babil Governorate enjoy a medium level of organizational integration from the point of view of teachers of physical education.
