Abstract

The importance of the research is manifested in finding a new test that can provide highly accurate results in a shorter period of time for measuring the speed and accuracy of throwing. Many researchers studying this topic have observed that existing tests only measure either speed or accuracy, resulting in differences perceived over time and numerous errors in test performance. Moreover, these tests do not assess both hands. As a result, the researchers decided to design a new test specifically for individuals with disabilities aged 8-12. This test is aligned with modern education and training approaches that emphasize the mastery of skills necessary to excel. The study aims to obtain more accurate results in a shorter time. Its objectives are to design a test for measuring the speed and accuracy of throwing with both the right and left hands of individuals with disabilities aged 8-12, as well as identifying a new test capable of differentiating between the two testers.
