This research aimed to develop a test for measuring the accuracy of the short forward serve with side rotation in table tennis. The descriptive approach was employed to align with the research's nature. The research sample consisted of 35 players selected intentionally from Premier League clubs in table tennis, including Sulaymaniyah Sports Club, Dohuk Sports Club, Nineveh Governorate national team, and Erbil Sports Club.

This test is deemed appropriate for use at high levels and among advanced table tennis players.
Based on these findings, the researcher recommends:
- Utilizing this test to assess the accuracy of the short forward serve with side rotation among advanced table tennis players.
- Incorporating this test into training programs and player selection processes in table tennis.
- Conducting further research on skills not addressed in this study.
