The objective of this study is to examine the impact of proposed educational exercises on the development of selected motor abilities and the accuracy of performance in certain football skills. The experimental method was employed, wherein two equivalent groups were formed from a total sample of 35 players from the Al-Hilla club, aged between 15 and 17, for the season 2023-2024, representing the original research community. The sample was evenly divided into experimental and control groups. Among the participants, 5 players belonged to the second stage. Following initial assessments and the implementation of specialized exercises over a 4-week period at a frequency of 3 sessions per week, totaling 12 units, tests evaluating agility and dribbling skills in football were conducted. Subsequently, data were collected, statistically processed, and analyzed, drawing upon relevant scientific literature.
The results yielded several conclusions, highlighting the effectiveness of the educational exercises. In light of these findings, the researchers recommend the incorporation of proposed visual stimuli in football education units targeting this age group.
