The role of organizational readiness in facing the challenges of the administrative work of the sports and school activity departments of the education directorates in Baghdad governorate

The research aims to develop two assessment scales, measuring the organizational readiness and administrative challenges encountered by the Sports and School Activity Departments within the General Directorates of Education in Baghdad-Karkh, as perceived by their respective staff members.
Key objectives of the study involve:
Evaluating the level of organizational readiness within the Sports and School Activity Departments from the perspective of the employed staff.
Assessing the extent of administrative challenges faced by these departments, as observed by the staff.
Determining the influence exerted by the organizational readiness of these departments on their capacity to tackle administrative challenges.
Implemented through a descriptive approach utilizing survey and correlation methods, the study engaged a total of 250 employees working in the Sports and School Activity Departments affiliated with the General Directorate of Education in Baghdad Governorate. All members of these departments were included through a comprehensive enumeration method, later divided into three distinct samples: a survey sample of 10 employees, a preparation sample consisting of 144 members, and a final application sample involving 96 employees.
Following data collection and statistical processing via SPSS, several conclusions were drawn:
The Sports and School Activity Departments in the Education Directorates of Baghdad exhibit a high level of organizational readiness according to their staff.
These departments face moderate levels of administrative work challenges, as perceived by their staff members.
Organizational readiness significantly contributes to addressing administrative challenges, concurrently fostering a positive relationship between readiness and the capacity to navigate these challenges effectively.
