Studying sports movement scientifically requires knowledge of the laws, meanings and biomechanical factors affecting the motor performance of sports games in an analytical manner for the purpose of raising and developing sports achievement for the better. Biomechanical analysis in volleyball is research into performance and seeks to study the parts and components of the movement to reach its details in pursuit of the best technical performance. It is one of the means of accurate knowledge of the path with the aim of improvement and development. That is, motor analysis is only a means that brings us to knowledge, and helps those working in the sports field to Discovering minute errors and working to correct them after measuring them in light of the specific considerations of performance specifications. The summary of the research was that the researcher chose specific exercises to develop the values of some mechanical variables for the skill of smashing in volleyball for youth. The research sample consisted of (12) players representing Al-Gharaf Sports Club, who were divided into two experimental and control groups, each group consisting of (6) players. As for the most important conclusions, The researcher concluded that the variable of approach speed and the variable of the angle of advancement are among the most important variables that determine the height of the hip joint in the post-tests for the control and experimental groups, and that the variable of the height of the hip joint and the variable of the peripheral speed of the striking arm are among the most important variables affecting motor performance. The researcher recommended paying attention to exercises based on the principles. Biomechanics and training on it in a sequential manner until the basic biomechanical conditions and requirements for motor performance in the ace serve are achieved, in addition to the necessity of the training programs prepared by the coaches to contain biomechanical exercises based on quantitative motor analysis for the purpose of contributing to the development of basic skills in volleyball, including the ace serve.
