The integrated leadership of the directors of youth and sports directorates in Iraq and its role in strategic compatibility from the point of view of the employees of its sports departments

Abstract

Search aim to:

1- Preparing a questionnaire for the integrated leadership of directors of youth and sports directorates in Iraq from the point of view of the employees of its sports departments.

2- Adapting a questionnaire for strategic compatibility in the directorates of youth and sports in Iraq from the point of view of the employees of its sports departments.

3- Knowing the level of practice of integrated leadership by directors of youth and sports directorates in Iraq from the point of view of the employees of its sports departments.

4- Find out the level of practice of the Directorates of Youth and Sports in Iraq for strategic compatibility from the point of view of the employees of its sports departments.

5- Knowing the nature of the relationship and the contribution percentage of the integrative leadership of directors of youth and sports directorates in Iraq in the strategic alignment of these directorates.

The researcher used the descriptive method in the survey and correlation methods, and the research community consisted of the employees of the sports departments in the directorates of youth and sports affiliated to the Ministry of Youth and Sports in Iraq. Which numbered (17) directorates, and the research sample consisted of all the employees of these departments, whose number was (196) employees, the sample of the exploratory study, preparation and application was selected according to the random method and by (6, 114, 76) employees, respectively. To collect data, a questionnaire for integrative leadership was prepared. As well as a questionnaire for strategic alignment was adopted, then, the researcher applied them after meeting the scientific conditions in them, and the data were processed using the following statistical methods: the arithmetic means, the percentage, the simple correlation coefficient, the alpha-Cronbach stability coefficient, and the simple linear regression coefficient. The researcher concluded the following:

- The effectiveness of the integrated leadership questionnaire among directors of youth and sports directorates in Iraq from the point of view of the employees of its sports departments.

- The effectiveness of the strategic compatibility questionnaire in the directorates of youth and sports in Iraq from the point of view of the employees of its sports departments.

- Directors of the Directorates of Youth and Sports in Iraq have a medium level of integrative leadership from the point of view of the employees of its sports departments.

- The Directorates of Youth and Sports in Iraq enjoy a medium level of strategic compatibility from the point of view of the employees of its sports departments.
