Abstract

The research endeavors to achieve the following objectives:

1. Evaluate the self-assessment level of administrative members within football clubs in Kirkuk Governorate regarding their career success.
2. Assess the extent of early professional experience among administrative members in football clubs in Kirkuk Governorate.
3. Examine the relationship between early professional experiences and the self-evaluation of career success among administrative members.

To address these objectives, the study employs a descriptive method, incorporating survey and correlational approaches. The research identifies and includes all (152) members of the administrative bodies of football clubs in Kirkuk Governorate, forming the primary research sample through a comprehensive inventory method. This sample is further subdivided into three subsets: an exploratory study sample (8 members), a preparation sample (86 members), and a final application sample (58 members).

For data collection, the researcher developed two measurement tools: a self-assessment tool for career success and a tool measuring early professional experiences comprising 11 items. The obtained data underwent statistical analysis, employing methods such as percentage calculation, arithmetic mean determination, simple correlation coefficient, and the Cronbach’s alpha equation.

The research findings lead to several key conclusions, including:

• Members of football club administrative bodies in Kirkuk Governorate perceive their career success at an average level.
• Administrative members in football clubs in Kirkuk Governorate report an average level of early professional experience.
• There exists a positive and significant correlation between the early professional experiences of administrative members in football clubs in Kirkuk and their self-evaluation of career success.
