Abstract

The objective of this study was to identify administrative impediments to sports investment faced by Premier League clubs participating in a league in the Kurdistan Region - Iraq. The researcher developed a comprehensive measure of administrative investment obstacles, drawing insights from the perspectives of administrative members associated with (16) Premier League clubs, constituting a sample size of (122) individuals. The construction of the scale, grounded in principles of honesty and consistency, encompassed (14) statements.

The findings underscored the critical need for high-quality training in the realm of sports investment to facilitate the advancement of the workforce within the sports sector. The absence of a secure environment suitable for sports investment applications was identified as a potential deterrent, leading to a state of insecurity where operations may face challenges to proceed smoothly or, in the worst-case scenarios, remain almost stable. Consequently, the researcher emphasized the imperative of implementing sports investment with a focus on quality to ensure the continual development of the workforce in the sports industry. Furthermore, it was recommended that establishing a secure climate for sports investment is paramount, as it plays a pivotal role in fostering operational stability, even under adverse conditions
