The research delves into the dynamic landscape of sports institutions, exploring the profound impact of contemporary changes driven by technological, social, economic, political, and cultural factors. Recognizing the significance of these changes, especially for sports clubs, the study underscores the need to understand the importance of effective administrative organization. The central question guiding the research is focused on change management for sports club coaches, particularly from the players' perspective.
The research objectives include identifying how sports club coaches manage change according to the players and assessing the extent to which the research sample within sports clubs recognizes the importance of adept senior administrative leadership in navigating change. The human field of the study encompasses players from sports clubs in central and southern Iraq, specifically those participating in volleyball for the Premier League. Employing an analytical descriptive approach, the research sample consists of 275 players, and statistical methods, notably SPSS, were utilized for data analysis.
Key findings include the identification of diverse change management methods, encompassing both traditional and modern approaches. The players within their respective clubs exhibit commitment to these methods, contributing to enhanced performance and collaboration. The research offers valuable insights, leading to several recommendations that address the multifaceted aspects of change management in sports clubs.
