تقييم دور مدرسي مادة التطبيق العملي في تطوير المهارات القيادية لطلبة المرحلة الرابعة في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة بجامعة الموصل

The aim of the research is to:-
Recognizing the level of the role of teachers of practical application in developing leadership skills for students of the fourth stage in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Mosul.
The descriptive approach was used in a survey method, and the study sample included (274) male and female students representing the fourth stage in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Mosul. Prepared by (Sabah *, 2018) according to four dimensions: (creativity skill, development skill, influencing others skill, technical skill) and it was applied after the availability of scientific conditions in it such as validity and stability. Percentage, Pearson simple correlation, Spearman-Brown equation, Gittmann equation, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient.
The researchers drew several conclusions:
1- Practical application teachers practice their role at a high level in developing the leadership skills of the students of the fourth stage in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Mosul.
2- The teachers of practical application show their role in developing the leadership skills of students with a very high interest in the following situations:
-Providing students with models for distinct teaching plans.
- Helping the applicators to use modern methods that depend on the student's activity.
- Assisting the applicators in the effective use of educational aids.
- Encouraging applicators to exchange distinguished experiences with other applicators.
- Guiding applied students to the need to take into account the individual differences between students.
-Respecting the proposals of the applied students regarding the practical application lessons.
-Giving the applied students the opportunity to express their ideas in the course of the lesson.
The researchers also recommended several recommendations, including:
1- The necessity of developing and strengthening the role of teachers of practical application in developing leadership skills for students of the fourth stage in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Mosul, through intensifying the application of the typical practical lessons for the physical education lesson in the college, while evaluating the level of students’ possession of leadership skills by following up on the teaching methods of the subject. for the action plan.
2- The necessity of providing applied students with theoretical information and practical practical field experiences about the leadership skills necessary for a physical education teacher and guiding them to methods of employing them in supporting school sports activities.
