Analysis of the Reality of the Use of Electronic Systems in the Management of Sports Activities in the Departments of the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports

Abstract

The purpose of the research  was to prepare a special questionnaire for the use of electronic systems in the management of sports activities within the departments of the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports. Analyzing the responses of the sample of administrators and workers on the reality of the use of electronic systems in the management of sports activities within the departments of the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports. Measuring the impact of electronic systems on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the management of sports activities, and the research areas were administrative and employees of the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports. On 7/7/2025 until 5/10/2520. In the departments of the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports.  The researcher determined the population of her research by taking all the (10) departments affiliated to the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports, where the sample includes (632) employees and administrators who continue to work, where the researcher took (50%) who were selected by simple random method by lottery, and the research sample consisted of (316) where the researcher divided the sample into (3) main samples, as in Table (1), where the exploratory experiment consisted of (10) employees and administrators, while a sample The numbers consisted of (140) employees and administrators and the rest of the research sample amounting to (166) was selected to be the application sample as shown in the following table and the percentages of each sample. She recommended that the Ministry of Youth and Sports should invest in the development of technological infrastructure, especially in remote areas. Providing intensive training programs for sports and administrative cadres on how to use electronic systems in the best way.  Encouraging sports departments to work on adapting to the advanced electronic systems and abandoning the old methods that stand in the way. It is  important to  conduct periodic evaluation studies to measure the effectiveness of the electronic systems used in the departments of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
