The swift strength of leg muscles stands as a pivotal and intricate physical attribute across various individual and team sports, constituting a fundamental aspect of scientific physical training. In Baghdad Governorate, within the realms of long jump, triple jump, and high jump events, encompassing the period from (8/11/2023) to (8/12/2023), a total of (21) players—(7) participants for each event—were involved in this study.
Utilizing a descriptive approach, the researchers sought to achieve the research objective, employing statistical analysis through SPSS for data processing. Following data collection, the findings indicated that athletes engaged in triple jump exhibited superior rapid leg muscle strength compared to their counterparts participating in long jump and high jump events.
Based on these outcomes, the researchers advocated a concentrated focus on cultivating this complex and pivotal physical attribute, urging further research across diverse samples and various proficiency levels to enhance understanding and development in this area.
